Opiods

Realization Center’s MAT program is an evidence based practice and an available choice for people struggling with alcohol or drug addictions. Treatment that includes both counseling and medication can help individuals maintain abstinence and move forward on their recovery journey.

Teens

Realization Center offers several treatment planning options for adolescents ages 13-17. Services include supportive therapy groups, alcohol and drug education, relapse prevention, anger and stress management.

Young Adults

Realization Center offers treatment planning options for Young Adults ages 18-25 which include supportive therapy groups, alcohol and drug education, relapse prevention, anger and stress management.

Chemical Dependancy

Realization Center is a pioneer in the treatment of chemical dependency. For the past 30 years, we have been offering specialized addiction treatment to the community.

Professionals

Realization Center offers information, education and support for the many accomplished individuals struggling with addiction and/or emotional issues.

Dual Diagnosed

Realization Center’s Dual Focus program is unique and specifically tailored to meet the needs of those with co-morbid disorders. It is designed for individuals suffering from chemical dependency and a concurrent psychiatric disorder.

Food Addiction

Realization Center is experienced in helping clients to successfully stabilize healthy body weight, restore workable eating patterns, identify and address emotional barriers to maintain an abstinent lifestyle.

DUI / DWI

Realization Center specializes in the education and treatment of individuals dealing with the aftermath of a DWI/DUI offense.

LGBTQ

Realization Center is one of the first outpatient programs in New York City dedicated to enhancing the lives and serving the needs of the Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual,Transgender and Queer communities.

Veterans

Realization Center’s program is uniquely tailored to meet the needs of our Veteran community suffering from Post-traumatic stress disorder.

Re Entry

Realization Center’s Re-Entry Program is freedom from addictions or emotional issues and the ability to lead a fulfilling peaceful life.

Chronic Relapse Recovery

Realization Center’s Relapse Recovery Program is to identify the triggers, cues, and compulsions that activate the relapse dynamic.

Mature Adults

Realization Center offers age specific addiction issues related to physical health, mental acuity, career, family structure, financial security and more. Health and wellness concerns such as medication management, chronic pain, nutrition, sexual health, rediscovering purpose and dealing with the stigma of addiction.
