Realization Center’s MAT program is an evidence based practice and an available choice for people struggling with alcohol or drug addictions. Treatment that includes both counseling and medication can help individuals maintain abstinence and move forward on their recovery journey.
Realization Center offers several treatment planning options for adolescents ages 13-17. Services include supportive therapy groups, alcohol and drug education, relapse prevention, anger and stress management.
Realization Center offers treatment planning options for Young Adults ages 18-25 which include supportive therapy groups, alcohol and drug education, relapse prevention, anger and stress management.
Realization Center’s Dual Focus program is unique and specifically tailored to meet the needs of those with co-morbid disorders. It is designed for individuals suffering from chemical dependency and a concurrent psychiatric disorder.
Realization Center is experienced in helping clients to successfully stabilize healthy body weight, restore workable eating patterns, identify and address emotional barriers to maintain an abstinent lifestyle.
Realization Center is one of the first outpatient programs in New York City dedicated to enhancing the lives and serving the needs of the Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual,Transgender and Queer communities.
Realization Center’s Relapse Recovery Program is to identify the triggers, cues, and compulsions that activate the relapse dynamic.
