Treatment For The Formerly Incarcerated

The goal of treatment at Realization Center’s Re-Entry Program is freedom from addictions or emotional issues and the ability to lead a fulfilling peaceful life. We use a comprehensive case management approach to assist client’s in acquiring the life skills needed to transition to the community following incarceration and live a productive, successful life. A multi-disciplinary team of professionals including Credentialed Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselors, CASAC’s, LCSW’s, LMHC’s, Psychiatrists and MDs assure quality care in a safe, supportive environment.

Services Provided

A 12 Step philosophy is an integral part of the clinical program while group therapy, individual counseling, education and family involvement constitute the psychodynamic core of our treatment approach. Realization Center does not standardize its approach to treatment by placing all clients in the same generic treatment track. Instead, our staff of clinical and medical professionals will work with clients to develop a specific treatment plan to meet their unique and individual needs.
