DWI – Driving While Intoxicated

Our DWI program provides counseling and support for individuals seeking recovery from Driving While Intoxicated incidents.

Re-Entry and Community Justice

The goal of treatment at Realization Center’s Re-Entry Program is freedom from substance use or emotional issues and the ability to lead a fulfilling, peaceful life. We use a comprehensive case management approach to assist clients in acquiring the life skills needed to transition to the community following incarceration and live a productive, successful life. A multidisciplinary team of professionals, including Credentialed Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselors, CASACs, LCSWs, LMHCs, Psychiatrists, and MDs, assures quality care in a safe, supportive environment.

LGBTQIA+

Realization Center is one of the first outpatient programs in New York City dedicated to enhancing the lives and serving the needs of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer communities. Established in 1984, we are proud to have been the first treatment program in the tri-state area to respond to the needs of this community. Realization Center has created and maintains an atmosphere of safety and comfort for anyone troubled and seeking assistance. Our mission is to reach out with a loving, empowering set of solutions for our clients.
